They came and repaired our water system with professional work on short notice as we were out of water. Great tradesman came here and helped us. Maybe one of the last honest companies left.

We had a number of things done at our cottage including a new dishwasher and tankless water heater. The work was done well and communication was easy! Price seemed reasonable.

Great company to work with from start to finish. These guys know what they’re doing. They were always on time when they said they’d be there, responsive and the price was very fair. The guys were very professional and friendly. We added a second bathroom into our basement renovation and we’re very happy with the work they have done. I would highly recommend this company.

Called and spoke with Dawn for our annual service call that needs to be done, and was done in previous years by this company and was told they would be in touch. Sadly, after waiting for over a week for a return call, I followed up only to be redirected to another service provider, even though they had serviced my system the previous year, it is a yearly service that needs to be completed. After waiting another week trying to speak to Erin - I am told that they can not service us. I understand that everyone is busy but I feel that we should have been notified up front vs having to call back to find out plus being two weeks + with the same issue not fixed. It is a small job and perhaps if it was a big paying job they would be more availability, its just sad if current clients get the feeling they mean nothing to this company. I was surprised given the other reviews on here and mentioned it to Erin, but he said I am not coming to your place post what you want. Again disappointed with this lack of care.

Frontenac Plumbing replaced the Poly-B water supply lines throughout our entire home. Nick, Ryan and their co-op student Lane completed this job for us in an impressive 1.5 days. Not an easy task in our 2 storey home!! They were a professional, personable and hard-working crew! They went above and beyond to minimize the opening of walls and ceilings. An outstanding job!! I would highly recommend Frontenac Plumbing and thank them for their excellent work!
