Guaranteed Windows and Doors

I was impressed with the customer service. As I remember it, they had to cancel a couple times or they came on a Sunday or something. I have been meaning to leave a review for quite some time. We had a largish window installed on our second floor. They did a good job but the window warped within a year and we can't close it anymore. I am just remembering to write this now because it's very window and the wind is whipping in through the gap and I can't close the window tightly and have to seal it up every year to prevent major drafts in the winter. It's very frustrating. I wouldn't recommend this company and wouldn't use them again. I believe I also asked for a quote on replacing our front door and either never received it or never got any contact back about it.

We purchased four windows from Craig at Guaranteed Windows and doors back in 2015 and that still look new today.We needed to replace a few more windows in 2025 and the service we received from his staff and installer Chris was second to none.After purchasing our windows back in June,about three weeks later we had a local Windsor company knock on our door to ask us if we needed any windows.Since we already purchased two more windows,but we’re waiting for them to get them installed,I decided to let this other company come into our home to do some measurements and give us a price just to compare.I was shocked the price they gave us.Their quote was over 60% higher then Guaranteed Windows.I now highly recommend this company to all my family and friends.

We chose Guaranteed Windows and Doors to replace our front door. We went to their competition first and were shocked by their price for the exact same door that we got from Guaranteed. Everybody at Guaranteed was professional and very helpful in choosing colour's and glass. The install by Chris was amazing!! We are so happy with the end result. He went above and beyond. Very personable, friendly and cares about what he does. Don't bother shopping around. Just call them and you will be happy with your choice. We couldn't be happier!!!! Thank you to all the staff that were involved with our purchase.

They replaced all of my windows a couple months ago and I was happy with them through every step of the process! They have very reasonable prices: about half the price of the more common names in the area, yet still have an excellent warranty. They worked with me to make sure I got windows that qualified for the Enbridge rebate at the time. The removal and installation was great and as clean as possible. The guy who did the install has been working for 30+ years and was very thorough and knowledgeable. He definitely cared about his work and the quality, which they'd have to in order to have a good warranty. The painter did a great job as well and easily worked around my cats locked up for the reno. Time will tell how the windows hold up, but I'm not worried. All of the people who work here are very nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend this company!

If I could I would leave a zero They've been back 4 times to fix a seal on a one month old door that I paid for to get installed be them. The door handle fell apart The seals are garbage still are they butcher your new door i Would never recommend this guys to anyone
