They said they knew the radius measurement of my hot tub and so I ordered the cover. The cover doesn't fit. Have tried contacting the company by phone and email, no reply or call back in 2 months. Terrible customer service. They take your money quickly and then ghost you. DO NOT BUY FROM HOT TUB COVERS CANADA !!!

Do your research before ordering from Hot Tub Covers Canada. I re-ordered a skin for my cover that I ordered 4 years ago in light grey. I ordered the exact same cover. When I received the cover it was medium/dark grey. I understand colours fade, but my original cover was never this dark. When I reached out to customer service they told me this is what light grey looks like now and dye lots change. Not once when I placed the order did someone tell me the colour may vary from my original light grey colour. I even spoke with a woman on the phone about my order. Their solution to this problem is that I can buy a new cover in a new colour for a discounted price. Awful customer service. They don't even have the colour I want. When I asked for a manager's number they would not provide one. I'm a friendly, patient, and understanding customer, but I will never order from this company again as a result of this disappointing experience.

Ordered a hot tub cover from this company. Their ordering system allowed tons of options. Delivered right to my door with no hassle. When the cover arrived, I was happily surprised to see that the cover was exactly as expected in quality and finish. It even fit better than my original cover. Highly recommended.

Hello, I bought a cover for my spa and received the product on time, very well packaged and in great condition. I had a very good service and quick response to all my emails, moreover, there was a manufacturing error for the location of the handles and following my email to this effect, I am very satisfied with the agreement agreed. I would like to personally thank Ann at customer service with whom I made arrangements for this problem. I am very satisfied with the quality of the product as well as the customer service which is the reason I give it a 5 star rating. I recommend it without hesitation.

The new cover arrived, and is a huge upgrade for the cover I had. Good quality materials, stitching seems strong and it fits my hot tub very well. Overall very satisfied with the product. When I ordered the cover, I knew that the product would have wait times as covers are in higher demand, and with COVID there were additional wait times. That being said, I would have appreciated more feedback from Hot Tub Covers as to the status of the order and estimated shipping times. When I did contact them, I had good talks with the staff and they were able to provide me with tracking information. Room for improvement but overall a good experience.
