My hot tub’s pump died during winter and Ian scheduled James to arrive within hours to diagnose the issue and swap out the pump. Some of pipes had frozen water so he provided a space heater strategy to warm them before turning the pump on. It worked! Throughout the process they sent advice and videos on best practices when a pump dies and how to make sure pipes don’t freeze in the future. This is the first of many times I will use Ian’s Hot Tub Service

We have been using Ian's company for over 15 years now and honestly has been amazing anytime we have needed his services. His response time is quick, both him and James are extremely knowledgable and take the time to answer any questions we may have, their Quality of work is excellent and their Pricing is extremely fair! I have recommended Ian's business many times to friends that also own hot tubs and would highly recommend them to anyone!

He always answered his phone—no phone tag or long waits—and his communication throughout the entire process was top-notch. The technician Ian sent over was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They managed to get an old, used hot tub up and running again, just based on their experience and skill. It was amazing to watch, and the results were even better—they made a customer (me!) really, really happy. If you need anything done service-wise for your hot tub, this is the place to call. Honest, responsive, and skilled—highly recommended!

I contacted Ian over the weekend to have him come over to fix a leak on my hot tub and issue on my board. Ian was kind enough to get back to me on the same day and scheduling one of his technician. James came over and did everything he could to save me the extra cost. He was very professional and knew what he was doing. Be mindful that parts are not cheap and brake easily. I would still recommend Ian and his team any day.

Amazing customer service! Our hot tub broke down in the middle of the winter and was at risk of freezing, and even though his tech team was tied up on another job, Ian was able to direct us to the likely source of the problem and following his advice we were able to get it back up and running again. Would highly recommend, and we will definitely be using their service for all our hot tub maintenance in the future.
