Rude and condescending sales. I called in earlier since I had a resume in hand to pass off to them. The lady on the phone dismissively gave me "you can drop off resumes at the front" type statement. Normally I understand that with a high number of incoming resumes, you can't accomodate everyone, but her tone was so condescending and uncaring. From my point of view it seemed like she's asking me to drop my resume off straight into the shredder. It's bad to say but I hope one day she has to endure the hardships of unemployment this day and age. I'll never work with or buy from this company because of this. Mark me down as NPS -1 (Net promoter score). P.S. I sincerely hope I don't get an automatically generated reply from "the owner" because of this apologizing and encouraging me to call in to discuss with an obligatory positive company value statement about striving to bring amazing service etc.

I had an emergency with a broken window screen. I called all over the city for different dealers for this specific screen…. Michelle was lovely and super helpful. One of the employees took time out of their day to fix it in less than 20 mins. Super friendly staff members. Would highly recommend!! Thank you

I had 7 windows and a front door replaced. I can't be more happier with the service I received and the price was much better than any other quote I received. Nino Papa and Diana were always prompt to return calls or emails to answer my many questions. Tried and True who installed the windows Pete and his brother were amazing clean and did a wonderful job. Will recommend Martindale windows for future friends and family. Great job everyone.

Our buying experience at Martindale was excellent, Scott was very helpful and walked us through every step and option with great patience. He answered all of our questions and made us feel confident in our choices. Afterwards, he was quick with followups and keeping us up to date with our order. We had a few small things that needed to be fixed after install and those were taken care of fairly quickly. We've now had the windows for about 6 months, will follow up with a review on warranty work if it ever arises. Thank you Martindale!

I highly recommend this product, we have had 3 projects replacing windows and a front door installation. Professional, skilled and reliable. Products and their service fits the budget.
