A big thank you to Scott and Brett for the work they completed in our home! Basically all of the plumbing in the entire house we had them replace and it was nothing but a great experience working with them. Whenever we had questions or changes they were quick to respond and get the job done. They are knowledgeable and professional to say the least. We would definitely recommend them for any of your plumbing needs!

I got a hot water tap installed outside. It was really easy to get a quote and book the work to be done. Took maybe 3 emails. The plumbers were efficient and polite. It was just so easy! Would absolutely recommend it.

Trying to fix my shower doors and couldn't get anywhere I called Scott and Brett. Best call I made. They were very quick to respond. Had my new doors installed in a few hours and they cleaned up as if they were never there. If I ever need a plumbing service Scott and Brett would be the ones I call.

Brett and Scott were fantastic. They fit us in on short notice due to a mistake with our countertop installers. They were helpful and worked quickly to ensure everything was up and running before out cottage guests arrived. Amazing team!

Scott and Brett were excellent. Quick, professional, and on time. We had a complete overhaul and update with all our plumbing and put in a 3 piece bathroom in the basement. They brought plumbing supplies, and cleaned up afterwards We greatly appreciated your hard work. We will enjoy a second bathroom ! The Shelley in St. Thomas
Before you hire a plumber in Ontario
Yes. Plumber (306A) is a compulsory trade in Ontario - working without certification is illegal, not just inadvisable.
Certificate of Qualification, 306A Plumber
The individual doing the work must hold this, or be a registered apprentice working under someone who does. Ask for the certificate number and the name it is issued to. It belongs to a person, not a company.
Verify with: Skilled Trades Ontario maintains the public register of certified tradespeople.

Two million dollars is the common floor for residential work. Water damage escalates fast, and a burst supply line during a renovation can exceed a small policy in an afternoon.
WSIB clearance
If a worker is injured on your property and the contractor has no coverage, you can be drawn into the claim. A clearance certificate is free for the contractor to pull and takes minutes.
Verify with: WSIB issues clearance certificates directly to the contractor on request.
Check National Plumbing Solutions on the official registerTSSA gas technician certificate (only if gas is involved)
G1, G2 or G3 depending on scope. Required for anything connecting to a natural gas or propane line.
Verify with: The Technical Standards and Safety Authority regulates fuel safety in Ontario.

- Is the person doing the work certified in 306A, or an apprentice being supervised? Both are fine. You just want to know.
- Is this quote flat rate or time and materials? If hourly, what is the estimated range and what happens if it runs over?
- Does the job touch a gas line, and if so who holds the TSSA certificate?
- Does this need a municipal plumbing permit, and are you pulling it?
- What is the warranty on labour, separately from the manufacturer warranty on parts?
