We needed new windows for our home as we noticed condensation and the beginnings of mildew and mold on some of the windowsills. Our deep dive into companies showed us the horror stories some people experienced which we wanted to avoid at all costs. Knowing this is one of the most expensive investments for our home we needed a company that was trust worthy. Now the hardest part…finding said honest company who had integrity and wasn’t in it just for the money. We set up some appointments …they didn't work out for various reasons: no timely follow up & rush tactics.. Incoming… Nidal from NTI Windows. The buck stopped with him & thankfully Stouffville was in their serviceable area. Arrival was timely on the appointed day and a demonstration was given with their actual windows explaining why we should choose their company for our windows over other competitors. We were quick to recognize that Nidal doesn’t operate non-ethically, but upholds honest values and integrity in business and simply put, he is a decent person overall, (which is harder to come along in business ventures than you would think). We had so many questions and Nidal answered each and every one of them gracefully and with the utmost patience, guiding us to make the best decisions for our home. We decided upon triple pane windows and whew, what an incredible difference + they look incredible! Nidal helped us curate the best design explaining the window split options, while making sense of which direction the windows should open - this matters a lot for the efficiency and daily use-ability. He provided crucial feedback that helped us cement our choices with no regrets. Nidal’s pricing was fair and competitive while not compromising on great products and service. There are no longer any drafts in our home; our heating bill has decreased significantly and we feel so secure and comfortable in our home. Our front doors needed to be replaced and again Nidal provided very competitive pricing for the products they deliver and our front doors were exactly as pictured - we are very pleased. Nidal is passionate & enthusiastic about what he does and takes great pride in the work of his team which translates to not only the workmanship but the installation. Great windows without a great installer/ install - are just great windows. They must be installed correctly. A definite concern we had generally speaking, not specific to NTI, was that after the contract was signed and job completed; we feared there would be no ownership for any issues that popped up, or after install, the expected disappearing act where you have to rundown the business to get the resolution your looking for- not here, & thankfully not our experience with NTI windows. Did the job go off with a hitch?.. Due to the magnitude of the job, it did not go completely as expected in every aspect - however we afforded grace as this is to be anticipated with such a large job and when customer service & follow up really matters. We had some minor issues which the NTI team addressed and resolved immediately. Honestly speaking, do your research and take your time securing the right business for your needs. I’ve simply provided this review to help save you some time as I wished I had this kind of review when I was searching to help us make the right decision in selecting and securing the right company. Windows are the eyes of your home and they make a huge impact and statement not only for curb appeal... they enrich the home for living comfortably in secure cozy warmth in the winter and a lovely cool space in the summer months. We had a great experience with NTI from start to finish. From the very first meeting, they were professional, knowledgeable, and never pushy. In fact, another company we spoke with tried to pressure us into a “same-day, no-tax” deal, which immediately felt uncomfortable. NTI was the complete opposite — no pressure, no gimmicks, just honest information and time to make the right decision. We worked with Nidal and the NTI team to update the windows in our house and our front door. Harris is a master craftsman and installer and brought the highest standard of integrity and attention to detail to the project. We’re happy to say that we are very pleased with the outcome from an aesthetic perspective and with the peace of mind that the job was done right. I had a great experience working with Nidal and NTI Windows and Doors. We had 3 windows and 1 door replaced and they look great! The windows open so smoothly and they are exactly what we wanted. Communication with Nidal was excellent and the work was done very well without any mess left behind. We got 3 quotes and NTI was the most affordable option. We will definitely use NTI again when we have to replace 2 more exterior doors in the next couple of years.
