QSI Windows & Doors

We had the Bobiaks ( QSI ) fit our home with all new windows and doors twenty years ago. They did a fantastic job, We were very happy with the windows and the installation. Now last year we started having a few problems which we had had in the past and QSI were there right away to fix the issues under warranty, So I called the QSI number for warranty service…..Boy was I shocked. QSI is now bought out by nordik windows. The woman I spoke to wouldn’t even let me finish telling her we had problems and could they come out under the warranty and adjust the windows…..She shouted over me “ This is nordik windows now and we don’t honour QSI guarantees “ . So now we have screens that will no longer go in the window frame because the frame has moved, We have draught seals falling out on three doors and insects coming in past the seals. I called again and this time she was outrageously rude to me. All we wanted was them to honour the guarantee but no. I called BBB and they told me the company is not affiliated with the BBB. So we can’t get our windows and doors fixed. We can’t get new screens made because they are a size no one else uses or repairs ( We have tried several different companies ) and we can’t buy the door seals anywhere. Why can’t I give minus or negative stars, because nordik is absolutely garbage.

Excellent warranty service. Cody has made multiple service calls and was polite, knowledgeable and even went above and beyond by noticing imperfections after the work was completed and ordered replacement parts without us asking. My initial review of Nordik Windows is that they have a quality product, however I had a poor experience with the initial installation team.

We did our whole home including doors, and Miguel was our sales representative. He was amazing, came on time, we had lots of questions, which he answered confidently and we never felt rushed, he absolutely exceeded our expectations. Excellent service and installation (10/10) Super happy with our windows and would positively recommend Nordic windows and doors

Berkay, the technician who came to fix my window was amazing. He called before coming over to let me know he was on his way and to ensure I was home. Very polite on the phone. When it came to my house he took his shoes off prior to entering. He made no mess and you would have never guessed he was here. Window was fixed very quickly and is working perfectly. I even had a few questions about my other windows but she was more than willing to answer it was very knowledgeable. If I ever need repairs again, which I hope I don't, I will ask for him to return

Staff were polite , professional and provided a reasonable quote for window replacement. All aspects of the replacement went very well and the job was completed in a timely manner as promised. Highly recommended 👍!
