I was very pleased with the professionalism of the work. The two boys were on time, courteous, left no mess, came with all required parts and explained exactly what was wrong and what they did to repair it. I had water accumulating in my basement at 8pm last night and Mike was kind enough on his way home to enable the frozen sump pump to work by drilling into the pipe going out and to shut off the water I am very appreciative and would recommend them any time!!! Thank you

We have developed a drain blockage problem at our home about a in early 2024 at the west end of our bungalow. The laundry room sink and the kitchen sink became plugged one day, yet at the east end of the house our 3 bathrooms with tubs with showers all drained well.having a finished basement was a concern obviously. We had a plumber come and auger out the pipe from a clean out in furnace room under the laundry room. He solved the problem. We never put grease down the drain and are the second owners of the home. The same clog condition happened again on Feb 5th 2 years later and we called super plumber this time. Their tech named Todd was their promptly and suggested we have a camera put through to see what the issue was. He didnt have it with him but returned the following day znd discovered a buildup of grease and calcium . He used the auger then a high pressure jet water cleaning and the results were amazing. The camera showed the pipe was 95% cleaned. He was very professional and explained pricing clearly. We'll be using this company again, hopefully not though.lol!

The guys did a great job very professional, courteous and well mannered. They arrived on time and finished the job quickly. The only issue was with logistics one of the parts originally ordered were canceled thinking it came with the shower head. The guys couldn’t finish their job and now have to come back. The guys came back did a great job new shower is awsome.

Wonderful experience with Casey E. Fixed blockage in the “baffle”within mins! He was sweet, soft spoken, polite and professional. The water wasn’t going into the septic tank … it backed into the house Haven came the next day and the price was under $200 I was shown what to do for future as well!! If you have the same issue… and have a soft water system TURN IT OFF … as it came up through the toilet! Live and learn !
