We bought our tub from Brian at York region hot tubs and pools and it was very refreshing to deal with someone so easy going. Tub was delivered and Shawn came a couple days later to setup and install the cover. Everything went the way it should and confidentif I need anything in the future will be just as good. I have been dealing with York Region Hot Tub for almost 2 decades. First with the original owner and now with the current owner, Brian. I have purchased two hot tubs from them, and I have been very pleased with the performance of the product as well as the outstanding service. BRIAN and his team are great to deal with and very responsive. The Hydro POOL products they sell are excellent, and the self cleaning feature has made maintaining my hot tub over the years very simple. I highly recommend them.
