What is the warranty on the shell, the liner and the workmanship - separately?

What restoration of the yard is included after excavation equipment leaves?

What will this cost me annually to run - chemicals, heating, electricity, opening and closing?

Warning signs

Any quote that does not mention the enclosure permit.

Electrical work described vaguely, or a suggestion that no ESA notification is needed.

A very large deposit taken in winter for summer installation, with no protection if the company fails. This trade has a history of deposit losses.

No written schedule, or a schedule with no consequence for missing it.
